Monday Zumba Fitness (Spring)

  • With Zumba Fitness®, we take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. You will feel the music and catch the boosted energy and excitement of the class. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Don't feel intimidated if you're not a dancer! Just move to the beat and HAVE FUN! 

  • Be sure to bring a water bottle and towel, and be ready to SWEAT!
