Advanced Volleyball (Spring 2026)
Advanced Volleyball is not for the faint of heart. Come join us and put your athletic skills to the test! This open gym time will allow you to work on your skills including defense, serve receive, setting, serving, and hitting. Two courts will be used, and sessions are held in a group setting to include drills and competitive game play.
There will be no access to locker rooms, only the bathroom so please come dressed and prepared for Volleyball.

Demonstrate basic skills associated with volleyball, including passing, seating, severing, attacking (spiking), and blocking.

Demonstrate ability to perform individual offensive and defensive skills and strategies.

Understand the typical game sequencing, game strategy, rotation of players, and rules of volleyball.

Demonstrate proper etiquette and good sportsmanship.

Improve personal fitness through participation in sports.
