Steady Strides - Walking Course (Spring 2026)
A guided walking class designed to gradually increase strength, endurance, and distance. We’ll build a solid foundation first, then slowly introduce hills and elevation gain to safely challenge your body and improve overall fitness. Distances will be approximately 2 miles. If you’re eager to spend time outdoors, take in the beauty and sounds of nature, connect with some new friends, this class is for you.
EASY - For novice hikers with little to no experience and fair physical condition.
