Women in the Wilderness Hiking: Trail Tough Fridays (Spring 2025
This class is designed to help seasoned hikers build the strength and stamina needed to tackle longer, more challenging trails. Ideal for those already experienced with moderate hikes, the course focuses on preparing participants for hikes that include steeper inclines and longer distances. By the end of the course, hikers should be able to comfortably complete 8-10 mile hikes. In addition to the class, participants are encouraged to incorporate strength and cardio exercises outside of class to boost overall fitness and endurance. No dogs.
