Yoga Fit Fusion (Spring 2026)

Intermediate level class blending strength training and yoga. Students will use exercise bands and bodyweight to build strength and stability, challenge their balance, and learn unique movements each class. This class is low impact, yet still quite challenging! Expect to sweat and feel your muscles burn.

Prerequisites include basic yoga knowledge and/or exercise familiarity. Students will move from floor to standing many times a class, and be required to be on their knees frequently.

*Not beginner friendly* 

Please bring a yoga mat and water. Blocks are encouraged though not necessary.
